This coming weekend (Oct. 27-28), Books & Chains will be at GeekGirlCon in Seattle, Booth 703!
We’ll have the usual variety of geeky, handmade chainmaille jewelry, plus books by local authors Raven Oak & Jennifer Brozek! Raven will have prints as well as some limited edition canvas prints of her art. Both authors have new titles so come check out the goodies!

Books & Chains will be at the Washington State Toy & Geek Fest this weekend (June 30-July 1) in Puyallup, WA at the State Fair Grounds! We’ll have guest author Jennifer Brozek with us, along with new chainmaille and books, so come stop by and say hello! We’ll be at Booth E-15!
Books & Chains will be at LCCC 2018 this weekend in Spokane, WA. Besides some awesome new chainmaille by Elise, we’ll also have some new book related candles and some awesome sneak peaks from Raven. We’ll be at BOOTH 503 so come say hello and check out what new things we have!
Books & Chains will be at Geek the Halls in Portland, OR this weekend! Geek the Halls is run by the PDX Browncoats so there’s guaranteed to be plenty of shinies for the Browncoat in your life! Come on out and finish your holiday shopping!

This past weekend was our first time vending at Rose City Comic Con in Portland, OR, and it was a blast! So much excellent cosplay (some of which you can see over on Raven’s Wrap-Up post), geeky people, and fun guests. We had quite a blast chatting with all of you! Here are some photos from our weekend:
We gave out 300 swag bags full of autographed goodies, coloring pages, and a chainmaille dangle made from maille that was created for NASA’s Mars Insight mission. The pieces were highly limited in quantity so those who got one were quite lucky!
Friday morning, an entire parade of R2 units that went by, which you can watch in Raven’s video below.
If you’re heading to Rose City Comic Con in Portland this weekend (Friday, 9/8, through Sunday, 9/10), we’ll be there in the dealer’s hall, Booth 949.
